Terms of service

The agreement between you and Warrior Mom when you use this site.

Using an account

  • You need an account (email and password, or Google sign-in) for member features. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Accounts are for adult mothers (18+). One person, one account.
  • You may cancel your membership or delete your account at any time; see Billing & refunds and Privacy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not harass, threaten, solicit or sexualize anyone here. Safeguarding rules apply — see Community rules.
  • Do not upload content you have no right to share, or use the service to run a business or resell access.
  • Do not attempt to break security, scrape at scale, or access accounts other than your own.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put others at risk. Serious safeguarding concerns are handled per Community rules.

Your content

What you write — journals, prayers, child pages, worksheets — stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it back to you (and to whoever you explicitly share it with) while your account exists. Private sections are never shared with other members or used for marketing.

Our content

Prayers, courses, books and other materials are for your personal use. Books you purchase are licensed to you for personal use; please do not redistribute the PDFs. Teaching content reflects a Christian approach and is reviewed before publication, but you remain responsible for how you apply it to your family.

Disclaimers — please read

  • Warrior Mom offers prayer, teaching and practical tools. It is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
  • Prayer never replaces professional care, safeguarding or emergency services.
  • AI features can make mistakes, including with Bible references. Verify Scripture in your own Bible. See AI disclosures.
  • Mentors share experience and encouragement; they are not counsellors and must refer anything beyond that.
  • The service is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Ending the agreement

You can end it any time by cancelling your membership (kept until the end of the paid period) and deleting your account. We may end it for serious rule-breaking or inactivity where required by law, with notice by email where possible.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will update this page and, for paying members, announce the change by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
