Billing, cancellation & refunds

Prices

• Essential — $12/month: prayers, journal, family pages, courses and academy paths, 50 AI prayers a month, 14-day free trial.
• Growth — $24/month: everything in Essential plus the members-only book library, 150 AI prayers a month.
• Guided — $49/month: everything in Growth plus mentoring and consultations priority, 300 AI prayers a month.
• Books — $8 each as PDFs, one-time purchase, no membership needed.
• Without a membership — you can create an account and try 5 AI prayers; emergency help is always free.

Prices are in US dollars, charged monthly through Stripe. Applicable tax is handled by Stripe at checkout.

Cancellation

• Cancel any time in Account → Membership. Your membership runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. It does not renew.
• Downgrades (for example Growth → Essential) also take effect at the end of the current period — you keep the higher tier until then.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
• Content you saved stays readable in your account even after your membership ends; writing new entries in paid sections resumes if you rejoin.

Refunds

• Memberships: within 14 days of a charge, email contact@mywarriormom.com and we will consider a refund at the operator's discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are decided case by case.
• Books: because PDFs are delivered immediately, sales are final unless the file is faulty — tell us and we will fix or refund it.
• Consultations: free sessions carry no charge. If a paid consultation is ever offered and cancelled by us, you are refunded in full.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries and we email you. Access to paid sections pauses while a charge is overdue and resumes once it succeeds. You can cancel at any time to stop further charges.

Deleting your account

If you delete your account (Account → Privacy), your membership is set not to renew and runs to the end of the period already paid for. No refund beyond the policy above is implied. Billing records are kept for 7 years as required for tax and legal purposes.
