Community rules & service boundaries

How we treat each other here, and the honest limits of what this service offers.

Treating each other well

  • Encouragement first. Mothers here are carrying real weight; speak with kindness and without judgement.
  • No harassment, threats, shaming, or pressure of any kind — including religious pressure or claims about someone's standing before God.
  • No solicitation, self-promotion, or sharing of other members' information outside the service.
  • Respect confidentiality: what someone shares about their family stays here, even when they do not name anyone.

Safeguarding

  • Anyone mentoring or serving on a team completes identity verification, reference checks and safeguarding training before matching with a mother.
  • If a child or anyone else is in danger, contact emergency services first — in the United States, 911. Prayer never replaces protective action.
  • Mentors and team members must refer anything involving abuse, self-harm, clinical, medical or legal matters to qualified help and to us.
  • Report concerns to contact@mywarriormom.com. Reports are handled by the operator and kept confidential within the screening team.

What mentoring is

Mentoring here is encouragement and shared experience between mothers, within the boundaries both people agree to at the start of a match. Either person can end a match at any time; ending it ends the other person's access to the goals and session details shared within it.

What mentoring is not

  • Not counselling, therapy, medical or legal advice, or deliverance ministry.
  • Not a promise of outcomes — no mentor or leader can guarantee how a child's story will go.
  • Mentors are volunteers screened for suitability; they are not licensed professionals unless separately stated on their public profile.

Service boundaries

  • Warrior Mom is Christian education and encouragement, not professional advice or treatment.
  • Consultations with our listed provider are pastoral counselling sessions with stated scope and cancellation terms; they are not clinical treatment.
  • AI features assist with prayer and study; they do not diagnose, predict, or replace care. See AI disclosures.
  • We serve adult mothers (18+). We do not provide accounts for children.

When rules are broken

We may pause or remove access for behaviour that endangers or exploits others. Where the law requires disclosure — for example a valid legal order, or a serious risk to life — we will comply with our legal duties.
